Technicians of ISMALA recruited at 80%
A first good performance for the Specialized Institute in the field of Aeronautics and Airport Logistics (ISMALA), inaugurated in September 2013.
Its first promotion of aviation maintenance technicians, released in June, has quickly found its place on the labour market.
80% of them were recruited by the Royal Air Morocco and its joint venture with Air France, Aerotechnic Industry (ATI).
“Those who have not been integrated were nonetheless taken as aid-mechanics trainees at ATI pending strengthening of their training and reintegrate them back as technicians,” said Abdelhadi Ben Mkaddem, CEO of the Institute.
Moreover, ISMALA started training a second group of aviation maintenance technicians mid-December 2014.
“This promotion consists of 120 technicians divided into 5 specific groups of 24 technicians specializing in aircraft maintenance, including a group dedicated to the maintenance of helicopters.
“It is the novelty of the season this year, “said Abdelhadi Ben Mkaddem to a media room.
As a reminder, ISMALA won international recognition in September 2014, making it “the only certified center in Africa HTEC CNC (Haas Technical Education Center – Computerized Numerical control), a reference label for training on machine tools in the aerospace industry, “according to OFPPT.
