Holmarcom group announced the acquisition of Juice Nectar Partner (JNP) company, that specializes in the production of concentrated juice for industrial sectors.The takeover of this company,in addition to three other food companies (Les Eaux Minérales d’Oulmès, SOMATHES et Les Huiles d’Olives de la Méditerrannée), will strengthen the presence of the holding in this sector.As a reminder, Nectar Juice Partner had repurchased the Frumat plant specialized in the processing of citrus fruits in May 2007.Its capital was held by the Fund Access Capital Atlantique Morocco S.A. (ACAMSA) and a Moroccan individual shareholder.
