Morocco signed a memorandum of understanding this Wednesday 27 July in Budapest, through Charafat Afilal, the delegated minister for the ministry of energy, mine, water and environment in charge of water, between the Kingdom and Hungary in water resources. This agreement has an objective to create bilateral cooperation between the two countries in water domain. From Hungary, Laszlo Felkai, the secretary of state in charge of water sector at the interior ministry signed the memorandum and expressed his enthusiasm for this new link with Morocco, declaring “this partnership is the beginning of a long-term cooperation in other sectors”. The Moroccan delegation visited Szentender town near Hungary’s capital for the presentation of mobile barriers system, that will allow the acquire expertise in sanitation and treatment of used water.
