Casablanca stock exchange has set up an e-learning platform. The objective of this initiative, as outlined Karim Hajji, CEO , is “to bring the formation to a wider target audience and popularize the culture on a larger scale. It is also to facilitate an access to training for a public, for which a full time training is binding or difficult because of geographical distance or time. In addition, e-learning allows us to meet growing demand in terms of training. ”
Why such an approach? The answer comes from Mr. Karim Hajji: “In Morocco, like the rest of the world, our access to new information technology has experienced a sharp rise. This has changed our way of seeking information. The field of education has also followed this trend. Today there is no need to be physically present in a classroom for training. E-learning provides access to distance learning that has the same as quality as full time on campus learning, provided that there’s an Internet connection! “.
