Laurent Batsch, président de l'Université Paris-Dauphine, prenant la parole pour annoncer l’implantation officielle de Paris Dauphine au Technoparc de Casablanca

After Tunis, London and Madrid, Paris-Dauphine moved to Casablanca and opens its doors for a continous training campus for the 2016 academic year. The opening of Dauphine Casablanca is directly part of the internationalization strategy of the university. “In addition to its campus, Paris-Dauphine has 280 academic partnership agreements in the world, 20 international double degrees, 15 programs relocated abroad and trains more than 700 managers a year in 13 countries. With this new challenge, Paris-Dauphine strengthens its logic of durable anchor on the African continent. The University has strong and historical ties with Africa, especially with Morocco, by the existence of joint programs and the presence of an alumni body, “the statement said.
It added, “convinced by the growing geopolitical importance of Africa and the role of higher education in its development, Paris-Dauphine wants to make Casablanca a regional and sub-Saharan hub. The expectation of the continent in education is important and local offers are still insufficient. ”
To meet the training needs of managers and companies, Dauphine Casablanca offers seven courses adapted to the Moroccan context: – Principles and practices of Islamic finance – Management of real estate – Management of Health – Information system across the extended enterprise – Audit Council – financial Lawyer, – wealth management Council – financial Engineering. Through its campus, Paris-Dauphine provides expertise in training and academic excellence based on research. The Research professsors, recognized for their research and expertise, steer programs and provide majority of the lessons. These theoretical contributions will be complemented by interventions of leaders, managers and local consultants who will share their experience. The lessons are part of the logic of Paris-Dauphine issued in small groups, with a pedagogy based on the sharing of experience and interactivity. Students receive academic monitoring and a special coaching.
The proposed programs are designed for working managers, enabling them to combine work and training. Every month, an intensive seminar is organized for several days, for an average period of one year. Dauphine Casablanca is a private higher institute of management and organizational sciences, authorized by the Moroccan government in August 2016. Located in Technopark, it was inaugurated by Laurent Batsch, President of université Paris-Dauphine, October 18 .
